When owners Corey and Jesse set out to open a restaurant in downtown Knoxville, they envisioned more than just a place to eat—they wanted to create a unique, vibrant space to gather, relax, celebrate, and connect. Fiori is more than a restaurant or a bar, though it's certainly both. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the breathtaking custom cherry blossom tree (inspired by a feature they fell in love with during their travels in Europe) to the handcrafted cocktails and each and every ingredient used, like the blueberries used in one of the signature cocktails- shipped from Jesse's family farm in Maine. It’s all designed to offer an experience that’s as memorable as the food and drinks themselves.
