Raised on a family farm in Udall, Kansas, Chef Wiley developed a deep appreciation for locally sourced meats and vegetables. From a young age, he was captivated by the art of cooking, watching his mother and grandmother transform seasonal ingredients into flavorful, heartfelt meals. This early inspiration set him on the path to a culinary career.
Wiley spent years traveling and working in high-end restaurants, refining his skills and mastering diverse techniques, styles, and cuisines. His extensive experience, combined with his farm-to-table roots, allows him to craft innovative dishes that honor both tradition and creativity.

✨We know our barstools are pretty, but please don’t steal them!
Not too long ago, a man strolled in at closing time, looked our bartender dead in the eye, and said, “I’m taking one of these barstools.” Then, because confidence is apparently all you need in life, he DID. Loaded it up in his car (Florida tag’s) and drove off into the night like a modern-day furniture bandit.
To the guy who just manifested ownership of our barstool-bring it back, no questions asked. Or at least tell us... did it make your road trip more enjoyable? Was it for a “Florida Man” headline?
If anyone spots a Fiori barstool heading southbound, let us know. In the meantime, we’ll be here, slightly impressed but mostly confused.
